REASONS FOR ALLOWANCE 

1 . The following is an examiner's statement of reasons for allowance: The closest 
prior art references Cockroft (US 3,548,280) and Black (US 6,758,590) fail to disclose or 
render obvious the step of deactivating the meter when the mechanical agitator is 
activated, in combination with the remaining limitations of the independent claim. 

Any comments considered necessary by applicant must be submitted no later 
than the payment of the issue fee and, to avoid processing delays, should preferably 
accompany the issue fee. Such submissions should be clearly labeled "Comments on 
Statement of Reasons for Allowance."
